The last training I attended a few days ago was on Business Psychology and Sales Strategies. It was oriented to work techniques to identify the personality archetype, information that I find very valuable for the management of the work team of the clinic, patients and, why not, also with our allies: Laboratories, suppliers and companies that provide us with services. The world evolves in all its areas, we in dental grow in the use of technology applied to treatments, our doctors and staff remain in continuing education in their specialties , how not to attend the evolution in the area of communication and interpersonal relationships?
The importance of training at Clínica Ilzarbe
In Ilzarbe Clinic we connect with each other (people and departments) making all our work processes flow in the best way, achieving the best results; at the same time we focus on connecting with the expectations of our patients, reading them, understanding their real concerns, getting to know them… thus achieving not only to meet their needs and desires, but also to generate value to their lives through our proposals. Moving the patient after surgery to a Patient Care room with warm light and comfortable furniture, as well as all the preparation that our endodontist makes to the patient before starting the treatment, among other methods, are part of our commitment and our love for those who place their trust in our hands.
Each patient who visits us every day is different, has different needs. We are known for taking care of the whole family since we have all the specialties of dentistry, we are visited by three generations of the same family, and from the reception of the clinic, our patient care team has the great challenge to read them, to perceive them, listen to them and guide them from the diagnosis or attention to their needs, to the solution or completion of treatment.
